About Me

My name is Pien van Kalkeren, and I’m 21 years old, currently in my second year of the Communication and Multimedia Design program at the University of Applied Sciences in Amsterdam. I have developed a strong foundation in coding, UI/UX design, and a broad range of design skills. I’m passionate about blending technology and creativity to craft meaningful digital experiences. I strive to incorporate sustainability and technical innovation into my work, drawing from my background in animal studies and my experience at a tech company that not only produces excellent work but also champions sustainability and strives to make a positive impact on the world.

When I am not designing digitally, I am learning new tips & tricks or working on eco-friendly projects. My passion for sustainability inspires me to create solutions that benefit both users and the planet.
